In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "via288" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the via288 online betting and gaming service accessible at https://via288.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and associated applications.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an account on the via288 platform.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account opened by a Member upon successful registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other gambling product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive offered by via288 subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods.
• "KYC" — the Know Your Customer identity verification process, encompassing submission of a valid national ID (KTP), proof of address, and bank account details matching the registered Member.
• "Funds" — the Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Member's via288 account, comprising deposits, winnings, and bonus credit where applicable.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond via288's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, and third-party infrastructure failures.

To open and maintain an account on via288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Members.
2. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. via288 strictly prohibits the registration, access, or use of the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
4. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by via288 or any third-party responsible gaming registry to which via288 subscribes.
6. You must not already hold an active or suspended via288 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

Registration on via288 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The following registration conditions apply:

• You must supply your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number.
• You must provide bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or other supported Indonesian banks) or an e-wallet identifier (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) that is registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification requires submission of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP). Additional documents (e.g., proof of address, selfie with ID) may be requested at via288's discretion.
• via288 will process standard KYC submissions within two (2) business hours. Complex cases may require additional review time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. via288 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has shared, lost, or failed to adequately protect their login details.
• You must notify via288 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All financial transactions on via288 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are generally instant.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. via288 will reject and return deposits from third-party sources, which may incur a processing delay of up to 48 hours.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from fully verified Members are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during standard banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB).
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified during KYC. No transfers to third-party accounts are permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Member's account portal.
• via288 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

via288 offers a variety of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Members who have completed full KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (turnover) before withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted. The specific turnover multiplier and eligible game categories are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Members must not attempt to claim multiple concurrent bonuses through multiple accounts or devices.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period, displayed at the time of claiming. Unmet wagering requirements after expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino table games, togel (numbers lottery) markets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — may carry reduced or zero contribution towards bonus wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• via288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus offer — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk staking strategies designed to minimize exposure while meeting turnover requirements — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the via288 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots) are published separately within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. via288 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except where via288 has made a manifest pricing or settlement error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• via288 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious error in the displayed odds or line has occurred. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Member's account balance.
• Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are settled in accordance with official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) and Over/Under lines are settled using the full-time score unless stated otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection reliability and market availability. via288 bears no liability for bets that could not be placed due to connection loss on the Member's side.
• For togel markets, results are drawn from official sources for the relevant draw (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, or local Indonesian markets). Draw results are final and not subject to appeal.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Game logs are retained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

via288 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across all product categories. Gambling on this platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Members may request deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time by contacting our support team. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Members who require a temporary break from gambling may request a time-out period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which account access is suspended.
• Members who wish to permanently cease gambling on via288 may request full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period chosen (minimum 6 months) and may be extended indefinitely upon request.
• via288 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account where gambling patterns suggest potential harm, including imposing stake or deposit limits without prior notice.

All content on the via288 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of via288 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without via288's prior written consent.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by via288 under valid licensing agreements.
• Any unauthorized use of via288's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on via288 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification request.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity or attempting to use the Platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of crime.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, via288 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain. Members who identify such issues must report them to support immediately; exploitation will result in reversal of any associated winnings and account termination.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a syndicate account under a single Member registration.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or security systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, via288 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services. In particular:

• via288 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and Force Majeure events may affect service availability without liability to via288.
• via288 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, incorrect odds publication, or settlement mistake, via288's liability is limited to returning the original stake amount to the Member. No claim may be made for anticipated profits on voided bets.
• via288 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings in the Member's jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings received.
• Nothing in these Terms limits via288's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

via288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

• Personal data is used exclusively for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement purposes.
• via288 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• All personal data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls restricted to authorized personnel only.

Either the Member or via288 may terminate the membership relationship subject to the following conditions:

• Member-initiated closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.
• via288-initiated closure: via288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where a breach of these Terms is identified, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk.
• Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), via288 may forfeit the Member's entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
• Accounts inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. via288 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant account balances. Members will be notified prior to fees being applied.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by via288's licensing jurisdiction.

• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, or bonus application, Members must first contact via288 support to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. via288 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
• Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to via288's designated independent dispute resolution body. Details of the applicable resolution body are available upon request from our support team.
• These Terms are published in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

via288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process governs amendments:

• Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
• The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent version.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
• Minor corrections (typographical errors, formatting changes, clarifications that do not materially alter Members' rights) may be made without advance notice.
